Job description

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. SUMMARY: Provides on-site and alternative/additional educational services to adolescent program participants in a cognitive retraining & educational setting in accordance with their rehabilitation program. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: - Provides educational assistance to program participants at their academic placement. - Coordinates carry-over strategies developed by the cognitive or trans-disciplinary team. - Attends weekly clinical team meetings with the communication/cognition team. - Completes all necessary documentation such as service summaries, reports, billing slips, etc. - Supervises and assists in development and implementat...
