ABOUT THE ROLE: At Rightway, we believe managing your medications should feel simple, personal, and empowering. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the pharmacy experience our members use every day to take ownership of their medicine cabinet, connect with clinicians and pharmacists, and find the lowest-cost path to healthier lives. In this role, you’ll be the owner of the digital pharmacy journey across our web and mobile apps—from a member’s first search for a medication, to choosing where to fill it, to tracking their ongoing prescriptions in a personalized digital medicine cabinet. You’ll design experiences that make pharmacy care seamless: clear benefits, easy checkout, timely reminders, and effortless access to retail, mail order, and specialty options. Your north star: driving member delight, engagement, and outcomes. That means building tools people want to use every day, supporting smarter choices, and creating trust through every interaction.
