Pennoni is seeking a Land Surveying Project Manager for our Raleigh, NC office with experience consistent, but not limited to: Job Responsibilities: - Lead survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing and mapping. - Perform QA/QC functions to assure deliverables meet company, State, and client standards. - Development of cost estimates and preparation of technical reports and proposals for land surveying projects. Job Requirements: - NC Professional Land Surveyor licensure or ability to obtain within 1 year . - A minimum of 10 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager. - Route, boundary, and topographic field survey and office experience. - Ability to prepare construction computations and as-built drawings. - Proven track record of successful survey project management - Valid driver's license and good driving record Preferred Attributes: - Bachelor of Science in Geomatics or Associates Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology - Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or or MicroStation surveying platforms. - Familiarity with Leica Geosystems and/or Trimble hardware and software. - FAA Part 107 cer...
