Job Title: Maintenance Controls & Automation Specialist (Industrial Systems) Location: Henrico, VA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day shift (approximately 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM), with flexibility to support alternate shifts as operational needs require Pay Range: Starting at $38.00/hour (higher based on experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Controls & Automation Specialist to support maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring automated systems and production equipment remain reliable, efficient, and properly maintained through troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is well-suited for someone with strong experience in industrial controls, PLC systems, and electrical maintenance who enjoys solving complex equipment issues and improving system performance.
