Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Systems Engineer, Senior to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Lead systems engineering across the full lifecycle: requirements definition, architecture, detailed design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. - Develop and govern Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs) and Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs) to align engineering execution with lifecycle frameworks and governance. - Define system architectures, CONOPS, interface control documents (ICDs), configuration baselines, data exchange models, and cybersecurity/migration strategies for scaled implementations. - Evaluate requirements and proposed changes for technical feasibility, architectural impact, integration risk, and operational implications across production, test, staging, and COOP environments. - Coordinate system integration activities: align architects, developers, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and external stakeholders to validate engineering decisions and resolve complex system issues. - Lead proof‑of‑concept efforts to de‑risk technical approaches and inform enterprise decis...
