You’ll play a critical part in supporting and evolving services that underpin O2 Business and wider VMO2 customers, working across core network and hosted voice environments. You’ll be hands-on with provisioning, fault diagnosis, software upgrades and complex incidents, while also contributing to change delivery and new product development. Working closely with engineering, test, delivery teams and third party partners, you’ll help ensure our services are resilient, secure and ready for the future, including participation in a 24x7 on call rota.
