Overview Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Junior Project Cost Estimator to join our Facilities Sector. This role is responsible for developing and analyzing construction cost estimates to support project planning, negotiation, and contract administration. The position prepares preliminary independent cost estimates, detailed construction cost breakdowns, and change‑order evaluations to help establish the Owner’s negotiating position. It provides analytical support during price negotiations, conducts claim analysis, and reviews contractor proposals for accuracy, merit, and accountability. The role also researches current market conditions, including cost and price trends for materials, supplies, and services, to ensure estimates remain accurate and up to date.
