Legal Counsel This is a great job for someone looking to gain knowledge and experience in areas of law relevant to regulated fund structures and/or the distribution of funds. A bit about the job: We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join the Aviva Investors UK Funds Legal team. Previous experience in UK authorised funds is not essential, but candidates should be eager to learn, enjoy working on strategically important projects, and have the ability to pick up new concepts and develop their knowledge quickly. Under the guidance of the Head of Legal, you will provide legal support and advice across Aviva Investors’ range of UK authorised funds (UCITS, NURS, LTAFs), contribute to product development and management, and support global distribution efforts in the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
