This position plays a pivotal role in supporting daily casino operations by accurately and efficiently meeting both casino and patron cash needs. The role delivers exceptional guest service while handling financial transactions with integrity and attention to detail. In addition, the position actively promotes the company’s customer loyalty program by educating patrons on benefits, encouraging enrollment, and enhancing overall guest engagement and loyalty. Serves as Caesars Rewards and customer service Role Model for other team members. Understands, values, and supports the Caesars Rewards program and special events, promotions, and player programs. Effectively and enthusiastically communicates the benefits of the tiered card program and provides players with a compelling reason to consolidate play. Cross-sells property events (shows, promotions, etc.) and amenities (hotel, restaurants, etc.). Ensures each customer interaction results in increased customer confidence in Caesars Rewards.
