Onsite/hybrid in Everest, NJ: - Onsite/onshore Delivery Manager serving as single point of accountability across ERP and EPM managed services - Responsible for business coordination, ticket triage and prioritization, stakeholder communication, and ensuring strategic use of support hours including backlog resolution - This is a coordination and governance role and does not perform technical ticket resolution.
