Job Description: Director, Product Manager As a Director, Product Manager within High Income & Alternatives Technology, you will own and shape the technology platforms that support Fidelity’s rapidly growing High Income & Alternatives (HIA) business, with a particular focus on the Credit Alternatives domain. In this role, you will partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Traders, and Investment Services teams to define and deliver technology solutions that enable the management of complex portfolio structures, including leveraged loans and other alternative investments. You will be accountable for defining what problems to solve and when, driving clarity and alignment through thoughtful planning, prioritization, and backlog management. Working directly with a cross‑functional technology squad, you will foster an iterative, outcome‑driven delivery model—encouraging experimentation, learning from failure, and celebrating success.
