We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual for the DAY PORTER Position at a large office building in North Charleston. We offer ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICAL INSURANCE. An individual who takes pride and ownership in their work. A dependable team member who is detail oriented and able to work independently. Qualifications: - Ability to work around facility tenants. - Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors - Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls - Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap - Clean entrance glass and other interior and exterior door glass. - Remove trash from containers inside and exterior surrounding areas of building , replace torn or soiled liners. - Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners - Clean exterior employee lounging area. - Work effectively with other team members, restocking supplies for evening crew. - Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies - Valid Driver’s License - Ability...
