Position Description: A Mechanical Engineering Team Lead will assist in the continued growth of the E3M Solutions engineering team on design build, design assist, and plan & spec while focusing on an empowering approach to leadership guiding and mentoring other members of the team. Position Responsibilities: - Act as discipline lead and supervisor for design team completing: - AutoCAD, REVIT & Load Models - Site Visits & Assessments - Point for project designs - Provide design solutions for systems as applicable - Mechanical & Plumbing Building Systems - Process Related Systems - Alternative Energy Systems - Coordinate and collaborate with other discipline Team Leads, as well as Business Lead - Assist in maintaining of standards & tools for engineering - Participate in conceptual development meetings with E3M team, clients, or contractors - Work in R&D efforts on new technologies and opportunities - Perform other tasks and items necessary in a small business Team Captain Mentality: A team lead is like a team captain with roughly 60-80% billable anticipated with the balance of the time focused on coordinating with business lead, mentoring team members and working closely to support...
