Contract Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing the company's contracts and legal documents, and optimize and update contract templates; 2. Legal research and retrieval: Assist in retrieving relevant laws, regulations, and cases in Europe, North America, and Australia, mainly covering areas such as advertising compliance, consumer protection and complaints, and intellectual property rights protection. 3. Legal consultation and threat and risk assessment: Assist in connecting with non-China business departments, understand business needs, and assess legal risks; 4. Other tasks assigned by superior leaders. 职位要求 1. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with IELTS 7.5 or TOEFL 105+ preferred; 2. Proficient in using retrieval tools such as Lexis, Practical Law, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.; 3. Meticulous and responsible in work, highly self-driven, with teamwork skills and strong communication and collaboration abilities; 4.
