We are working closely with Nottingham Community Housing Association to assist with the appointment of a Customer Resolution Agent , on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £14.05 - £18.45 per hour Summary: The Customer Resolution Admin will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a high-quality and timely service. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, identify root causes, and deliver effective resolutions while maintaining excellent customer experience standards.
