Duration: 6 months Are you a curious, self-driven student or recent graduate passionate about solving real-world problems? Join Axpo Iberia's CX & Transformation team and immerse yourself in digital innovation. Over four months, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and develop career-defining skills. What you will do: Support transformation and digitalization projects within CX operations Conduct process analysis and interviews to identify improvement opportunities Assist in designing and documenting workflows and best practices Gather, organize, and create clear, structured documentation Contribute to content creation and knowledge management initiatives Support the implementation and testing of digital tools and platforms Track project progress, report findings, and propose data-driven solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience What you bring & who you are: Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a STEM Degree (specialization in Digital Transformation is a plus) Basic programming knowledge (Python and SQL preferred) Experience in project management, data analysis, or process improvement Familiarity with Agi...
