City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: Program Manager The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating progress of multiple projects within a program, managing dependencies across projects/workstreams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives . This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets and resources, mitigates risks, mentors and coaches Project Managers within their program, and communicates regularly with stakeholders to ensure program success . This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from conception to completion . This role also includes direct project management responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience with complex workflows.
