CAMS (Community Association Management Services), HOA Management company is seeking a part­ time Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to perform general maintenance/projects and Lifestyle event set-ups at a community in Wilmington, NC. Hours of Work: 16 hours/week flexible days and hours are required Hourly Rate: $15 per hour: Responsibilities: - Assist the Facilities Manager and perform assigned work orders promptly - Perform preventative maintenance task to maintain the physical integrity of the property - Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors of the Del Webb Amenity Center - Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the property - Follow up on service requests and communicate with managers for the highest quality of customer service - Assist with setup and breakdown of Lifestyle events - Assist with maintenance of tennis courts daily, weekly and monthly - Power washing and general maintenance/upkeep of the property Qualifications: - Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background - Demonstrated aptitude for learning and applying mechanical, construction and/or maintenance skills - Attenda...
