It is important that a level of cleanliness, food safety, and EHS Compliance is maintained at all times. Essential Functions: Collect, gather, and organize equipment and utensils from the previous work day and stage them for cleaning Utilize sanitation equipment to clean racks, boards, crates, and utensils Utilize various chemicals and sanitizers to perform cleaning tasks on walls, surfaces, equipment, and machinery. Fill, mix, and maintain chemical formulas to ensure chemicals remain effective and controlled at safe levels.
