A day in the life at Atotech Germany GmbH & Co. KG We are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Senior R&D Manager (m/f/d) to further strengthen and expand the R&D leadership within BU AEP. In this role, you will lead an international R&D team and drive technical innovation across global markets and ensure successful process development and implementation at our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, champion scientific excellence within the BU, and shape strategies that enable sustainable business growth. Your responsibilities: What you will bring to the table - Lead, develop and inspire one of two R&D teams in BU AEP to deliver on business unit goals and strategic objectives - Drive innovation and take full responsibility for R&D projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating experiments, as well as preparing high‑quality technical documentation and reports - Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges within your area of responsibility in close cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders - Collaborate across departments, including CPC, other BUs, Equipment and OEM teams, to align strategies and ensure long-term busi...
