Job Overview The Continuous Improvement Support Analyst supports manufacturing operations by assisting with improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of Lean manufacturing practices. Key responsibilities include supporting manufacturing floor layout updates, line configuration changes, material flow analysis, and process documentation. The Continuous Improvement Support Analyst assists with Kaizen events, data collection, and standardization efforts while learning and applying Lean Six Sigma tools under the guidance of experienced team members.
