Requirements: - Understanding of operation and repair of auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, temperature control units, color blenders, chillers, dryers and hot runner systems. - Hydraulics - Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems by isolating circuitry and testing pressures, pumps, motors and valves. - Ability to read and understand hydraulic prints - Electrical - Understanding of electrical systems ranging from 24v dc – 480v AC. - Ability to read and understand electrical prints - Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, motor contactors, relays, heaters and low voltage - Understanding of IMM machine function with the ability to troubleshoot through input/output screens and/or PLC.
