Job Description The office of Zoe Royer, Member of Parliament for Port Moody-Coquitlam is seeking a full-time constituency assistant. In this role, you will support the Member of Parliament by providing day-to-day administrative, casework, and coordination support in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for constituents, responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, and helping ensure requests are handled professionally, compassionately, and effectively. The role will also involve supporting constituency casework, including immigration and non-immigration related files, liaising with federal departments and agencies, and assisting constituents in navigating government programs and services. You will be responsible for managing and sorting correspondence, drafting responses, and coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel. You will also assist with event planning and may attend community engagements as needed.
