The Ritchie Bros. Sales Effectiveness team is seeking a high-impact data analyst to serve as a strategic analytics partner across commercial and operational functions. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive performance, improve decision making and enhance the effectiveness of sales, marketing and auction operations. As part of a fast-paced, data rich environment, the analyst will operate with a high degree of autonomy – owning end to end workflows, from problem framing through execution and communication insights. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives. This position plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s analytical capabilities by moving beyond descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive analytics that inform strategic and operational decisions.
