Hello! 👋🏽 At Factorial we're looking for a new Junior Onboarding Specialist for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. 🦄 Ready to be part of the challenge?🚀 The Role 📜: We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist for the Spanish Market to join our team and act as the first point of contact for our customers and help Factorial grow in the Spanish Market. As part of the Onboarding Specialist team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients , ensuring our clients use the platform to its fullest , and gathering customers' feedback . One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs . This requires you to perfectly adapt to the client , understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product . What will you be doing: Onboard our new Spanish customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
