Job Summary: Job Description: Plant Superintendent supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in all phases of a plant operation. Typically reporting directly to plant operations manager, prepares operation schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality meet specifications. Responsibilities & Duties: - Maintain compliance to all production schedules.
