Job Summary: The Heat Treat Apprentice will learn how to prepare a load, how to load into and unload from Heat Treat furnaces, and how to monitor and document the entire process to ensure our products meeting / exceeding industry / customer requirements. Job Requirements: - Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment at the work area all the time. - Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment. - Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs. - Ability to work collaboratively. - Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific travelers. - Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement. - Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required. - Ensure adherenc...
