Essential Functions — An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Greets and assists guests with all attention to provide a unique guest experience. Maintains guest reservations in the Lodge computer system. Handles payment of rooms, issues room keys, and gives clear and detailed instructions on our amenities. Operates the multi-line phone system, transmitting/receiving messages for guests.
