Document Services Technician Home‑based (UK) with occasional travel Permanent, full‑time Join our dynamic and collaborative Document Production team to produce, format and troubleshoot the complex legal and business documents that power our matters and client pitches. Although you’ll work remotely, you’ll work closely with the team and colleagues across the firm, taking real pride in the quality and consistency of every document we deliver. We’re hiring for a morning fixed shift pattern, start time to be agreed during the process. What We’re Looking For: Essential Desirable Recent experience in a document production environment is preferred, although strong transferable skills from a highly document‑focused role will also be considered. - Strong MS Word skills (styles, templates, numbering, cross‑references and layout). - Confident in PowerPoint, with the ability to create or adapt visually engaging slides. - Experience converting and manipulating PDFs. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset. - A suitable remote‑working setup with stable broadband. - Experience using document management systems (e.g., iManage/FileSite). - Exce...
