About Carers NT Carers NT is a not-for-profit community-based organisation and charity dedicated to improving the lives of family carers living in the NT. Position Responsibilities: - Preparation of fee for service and NDIS invoices, manage claims and monitoring of plan funding and fee for services invoices. - Day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions ensuring completeness and timeliness of payments. - Payroll processing ensuring compliance with SCHADS (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services) Award and enterprise agreement. - Supporting the Finance Manager and the finance team generally. - Reconcile the general ledger account to ensure validity and accuracy. - Review cash activities within the company ensuring appropriate internal financial controls exist and where identified, implement initiatives for improvement. - Facilitate the investigation and timely resolution of variances. - Conduct cut-off processes at the end of each month. - Review and understand the process underlying the recording of debits and invoices. - Review aged debtors reports on a weekly basis. - Assistance with audit procedures and queries - Issue invoices on behalf of the company an...
