Job DetailsJob Location: TVT Community Day School - Irvine, CA 92603Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Position Summary: The After School Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations, management, and execution of TVT’s after school programs. This position ensures a smooth, safe, and enriching after-school experience for students by assisting with logistics, supporting instructional staff, and ensuring adherence to program procedures. Key Responsibilities: Support the overall management and coordination of TVT’s after school programs. Implement and uphold established procedures for student transitions, including pick-up and drop-off from the regular school day to after school. Assist with instructional needs, including materials acquisition, organization, and management to support after school teachers. Provide support and guidance to TVT enrichment staff and instructors to ensure program success. Serve as acting lead in the absence of the Associate Director of After School Programs to maintain continuity of programming.
