Description POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Robotic Weld Operator for our 2nd shift team. This role will primarily focus on the operation of robotic welding system(s). The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong attention to quality, and the ability to support both automated and manual welding processes. JOB SCOPE: This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and performance of a large CLOOS robotic welding system on 2nd shift with limited supervision. The operator will prepare components through manual welding and fit-up, ensure accurate robotic processing, and perform post-weld inspections and secondary welds as needed. This role requires maintaining precise weld parameters, troubleshooting equipment and quality issues, and making independent decisions to support production flow, minimize downtime, and ensure consistent weld quality and accuracy.
