As a Homeowner Advisor at Splitero, you will educate homeowners who are interested in our innovative Home Equity Investment product. You will spend your day-to-day making outbound calls to homeowners, building trust, and guiding them through the process, from inquiry to funding. With our uncapped commissions plan, every homeowner you help build financial stability grows your own earning potential. As a hybrid team member, you will work from our UTC office Tuesday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. About the Job: This role offers on-target earnings of $122,000 per year, including a $50,000 base, paid hourly, and uncapped monthly commissions.
