COMPANY: Numerical Advisory Solutions (a Zachry Group Company) POSITION: NAS-Advisory Engineer: Successful candidate will demonstrate use of independent judgment in performing calculations and/or designs and be able to present and justify analyses to regulatory, quality and safety reviews. Individual will possess superior technical knowledge of nuclear and mechanical disciplines and ability to work on or direct project teams with other engineers to evaluate conditions and develop analyses to evaluate plant performance, safety, and reliability. Individual must have the ability to interface and work with equipment vendors as needed. Experience in reviewing and checking analyses prepared by other engineers is required. Must be familiar with codes and standards applicable to the nuclear power industry as well as possess working knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations (including the NRC). Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills. Routinely develops and delivers training in areas of expertise.
