Assistant Nurse Manager- OR - ( 260004D1 ) Description OR RN Experience Strongly Preferred: CNOR within one year of hire BSN Strongly Preferred: A Brief Overview: To maintain the nursing staff in all areas as well as to deliver safe efficient age specific nursing care to patient/families. What You Will Do: - Routinely provide patient care. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. - Maintains employee records. - Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development. - Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education. - Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives. - Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner. - Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers. - Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. - Displays commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
