Sales Development Manager: The Sales Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the Omnicell Sales Development Team, embodying the Elevate principles of Collaboration, Impact, Inspire, Execute, and Develop. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the team, this role collaborates closely with Sales Managers and VP’s to enhance productivity, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative, with strong business acumen. - Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in resource utilization, attention to detail, and CRM experience. - Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 2 years of business experience in sales effectiveness operations, including sales forecasting and CRM management. - Direct or indirect experience in managing or coaching/mentoring employees.
