About the Role: The Markets Desktop Support Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the Global Markets business by delivering reliable, secure, and high‑availability end‑user technology across trading floors and Markets offices. You will provide Level 2 desktop and trading floor support, working directly with traders, sales, risk, and operations teams in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. The role focuses on maintaining stability, performance, and usability of Markets technology while partnering closely with the business to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
