Food Service Worker - Part Time Department: ITC Holdings 700193: Employment Type: Part Time: Location: ITC: Reporting To: Robert Sierota: Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour Description: The Food Service Worker is responsible for food preparation, cooking, cleaning, stocking, organizing, and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time role. Tues- Thurs. Hours vary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Food Preparation : Assisting with food preparation such as creating fruit cups, maintaining the salad bar, stocking food supplies, etc. Sales Service : Engage with and provide superior service to all customers. Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies. Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints. Cash Handling : Establish or identify prices of goods and capture sales in the point of sales system. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Ensure accuracy of payments and change disbursements. Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
