Software Engineer Team Lead - Consumer (Hybrid)

About the role: As a Team Lead, you’ll be managing a team of engineers in designing and implementing technical solutions to business problems. You’ll be working closely with Product Management, Analytics, as well as collaborating with other Software Engineering teams to deliver business value. Our most successful Team Leads are “multipliers” who equip and empower their team, manage project timelines and expectations, build partnerships with other teams and functions, continually drive and improve the SDLC process, ensure timely remediation of production and operational issues, and actively manage risks that may impact delivery. Requirements: Compensation: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $116,000 to $160,000 . Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
