Company Description Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Commercial AI and Data Lead to be based in London, UK. As we accelerate our growth into 2026, we are moving beyond standard analytics to an "AI first" commercial strategy. We are looking for a Data and AI Lead to be the architect of our intelligence infrastructure. Your mission is two-fold: first, to build a robust, scalable Semantic Layer that makes our complex data AI ready; and second, to deploy an Agentic AI Framework that transforms how our strategic and sales teams operate. You will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and commercial strategy, creating tools that allow our business to work smarter and scale at pace. Job Description: AI READY INFRASTRUCTURE: The Source of Truth: Design, develop and maintain the organisational semantic layer. You will ensure that AI agents and human analysts alike are using consistent, governed definitions for KPIs and analytics across the business.
