- Description - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 12 Weeks - 40 Hours per week - Shifts available: AM - Employment Type: Local Contracts - Facility: St. Francis Park - Rate:$68.00 hour - Must have 2-3 years of Discharge Planning in an Acute care setting and be able to handle caseload of 35-40 patients Education: Experience: Required: 2 - 3 years - pay - 401K and company match - Guaranteed Hours (For Travel contracts) - agreement (For Local contracts) - Referral bonus (TRA Active Employees) Who We Are: We are a community built on care.
