CAMS is part of the Associa family. CAMS (Community Association Management Services), HOA Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to perform general maintenance/projects and assist in the oversight of contractors/vendors at a community in Indian Beach, NC. Hours of Work: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with the possibility of overtime and after-hours emergency calls. Hourly Rate: $20 per hour with benefits package included. Responsibilities: - Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and perform assigned work orders promptly - Perform preventative maintenance task to maintain the physical integrity of the properties - Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents and visitors - Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the properties - Assist in the oversight of contractors and vendors - Follow up on service requests and communicate with managers for the highest quality of customer service Qualifications: - Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. - The position requires at least 2 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field - Must have a valid driver's license and go...
