Job description

As a Forklift Operator in our manufacturing facility, you’ll play a vital role in keeping materials and products moving safely and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, staging, and relocating stock to keep production flowing and inventory organized. Your work helps support a team that transforms recycled paper into high-quality corrugated sheets for our customers. Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Starting Pay: $17.50/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance. What You’ll Do: - Safely operate a forklift throughout the facility, following all company safety protocols - Complete forklift inspection forms before each shift and report any maintenance needs - Locate and deliver raw materials to machines on time and remove finished goods as needed - Keep stock organized and safely stacked in designated storage areas - Track material locations accurately using paperwork and basic computer systems - Assist other forklift drivers and support various departments as needed - Follow the production schedule and help identify ways to optimize workfl...
