Job Title: Financial Services Collections Associate About Your Role: - You will be responsible for the collection, via inbound and outbound dialing of unpaid consumer debt in a call center environment. - Assign consumer debt inventory and be held accountable for collection performance based on departmental assigned targets. - Collect accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and internal performance standards so as to achieve a pre-set goal objective. - Utilize skip-tracing tools to obtain up-to-date customer information. - Provide daily coverage of all accounts until payment arrangements have been made. - Detail all discussions and actions in collections system or d...
