This role supports production flow, ensures proper material handling, and maintains a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate Taylor forklifts (large-capacity industrial forklifts) to transport logs, lumber, and byproducts Load and unload trucks, railcars, and production lines efficiently Stack and organize lumber in designated storage areas Supply logs to the mill and remove finished products from production areas Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Follow all safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site procedures Maintain clear communication with supervisors, yard personnel, and mill operators Assist with general yard duties as needed QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED (preferred) Prior experience operating T...
