The Wellness Manager will lead Midtown Chicago’s evolution into a luxury, holistic wellness destination by curating innovative programming, elevating service standards, owning the spa business, member experience, and fostering a culture of well-being for members and hotel guests. Overseeing the Spa Supervisor, the Wellness Manager ensures that all spa and wellness operations, services, and offerings are delivered at the highest standard while driving business growth, innovation, and member satisfaction.
