Van Metre has a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician position available at Woodland Park Apartments in Herndon, VA and The Mark at Dulles Station Apartments in Herndon, VA . The schedule will be 3 days a week at Woodland Park and 2 days a week at The Mark at Dulles Station. Under the direction of the Property Manager and Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance, repairs in apartments and buildings, maintaining curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, responding to resident service requests, and adhering to all safety policies. Requirements: The Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
