The Delivery Manager – Engineering, ensures the effective delivery of all technical and operational training across Heathrow’s Engineering teams, overseeing planning, scheduling and quality assurance. Leading a team, the role drives high performance, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and manages partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers. The postholder monitors training outcomes, mitigates risks, and maintains training facilities - ensuring colleagues are fully competent to support a safe and compliant airport environment. - Leading the delivery of all technical and operational training across Heathrow Engineering, ensuring full regulatory compliance. - Manage and assure performance of third‑party training providers, including contracts and quality standards. - Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast training needs and align delivery with operational priorities. - Monitor, analyse and report on training performance, proactively managing risks and compliance gaps. - Lead, coach and manage a team of delivery and/or learning operations specialists through effective performance management. - Ensure training facilities, equipment and resources are...
