MDM Systems Administrator Overview: Astreya is seeking an experienced MDM Systems Administrator to support enterprise endpoint services for a global client environment. This role is responsible for delivering advanced device configuration, endpoint management, and compliance alignment for non-standard and complex user setups. The position will partner closely with client IT, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure endpoints are deployed efficiently, securely, and in accordance with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Endpoint Configuration & Deployment Configure and deploy macOS and Windows endpoints using approved enterprise standards and custom configurations. Install and validate role-based applications, security tools, and productivity software. Support complex setups including specialized hardware, peripherals, docking stations, and multi-monitor environments. Perform quality assurance to ensure devices are fully functional and ready for end-user deployment. 2. Endpoint Management & Compliance Administer and support MDM/UEM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Workspace ONE).
