Job description

The House Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative leadership, consultation, and support for the patient services areas during the off-shift hours. The position provides administrative continuity to staff, patients, and families while acting as a liaison for the administrator-on-call and the nursing management team. - Provides administrative leadership, consultation, and support for the patient services areas during the off-shift hours - Provides administrative continuity to staff, patients, and families - Acts as a liaison for the administrator-on-call and the nursing management team. - Performs related duties as required. Required: - Education : Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelors or Masters degree) - Experience : 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position Certification/License: - RN license in the state of Tennessee - BLS certification required. - ACLS required within 3 months of hire. - NRP required within 3 months of hire for LD and NICU.
